چکیده

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infects human by destroying the immune system. The types of HIV strains HIV-1 and HIV-2, among being more prevalent considered deadly. Eventually either leads to disease Acquired Syndrome (AIDS). Traditional medicinal plants have a pivotal role in modern pharmacological process due their rich composition secondary metabolites with significant biological activity. Computational tools are gaining momentum as they predict higher accuracy, robust provide insight interaction small molecule target protein. This study was conducted for understanding mode Phyto compounds Env spike proteins HIV. studied ADME properties molecular docking using Schrödinger software performed. From results, Ethyl gallate observed least score binding affinity HIV-ENV protein (4CC8) Cinnamyl acetate (cis/trans) HIV-1-ENV (6ULC).

Designing a Construct of Chimeric Multi-Epitopes Protein for Contraceptive Vaccine in Mice: An Immunoinformatics and In Silico Study

Background: Contraceptive vaccines (CVs) can be used as a valuable and alternative method for the prevention of gestation in humans and animals. These vaccines can have several targets, such as superficial sperm proteins. Vaccines based on sperm antigens are quite efficacious to create a contraceptive effect. However, multi-epitope vaccines are more effective in stimulating the immune system an...

Designing a Nanotube Using Naturally Occurring Protein Building Blocks

Here our goal is to carry out nanotube design using naturally occurring protein building blocks. Inspection of the protein structural database reveals the richness of the conformations of proteins, their parts, and their chemistry. Given target functional protein nanotube geometry, our strategy involves scanning a library of candidate building blocks, combinatorially assembling them into the sh...
